The device is a new type of hot water production equipment, which absorbs heat from the air to heat the water to a maximum of 60°C. It has been widely used in collective water units such as hotels, hotels, sauna centers, hospitals, factories and residential communities, and small water units such as villas, households, and beauty salons.
There are three major systems for air source heat pump water heater.
2.1 Refrigeration system: It is mainly composed of the following four components: compressor, expansion valve, air-side heat exchanger (evaporator) and water-side heat exchanger (condenser). And it is supplemented by four-way valve, gas-liquid separator, liquid reservoir, filter, etc.
(1) Compressor: It is the heart and core component of the heat pump hot water unit. It is like a water pump, which plays the role of transporting energy. It consumes part of the electrical energy in the process of doing work.
(2) Expansion valve: plays a role in regulating the pressure and flow of the medium in the system, throttling and reducing pressure. Expansion valves include capillary tubes, electronic expansion valves, thermal expansion valves and so on. At present, the expansion valves used in commercial units of air source heat pumps include electronic expansion valves, thermal expansion valves, etc. The expansion valves used in air source heat pump home appliances mainly include capillary tubes.
(3) Air-side heat switch: A platform is established for the medium and air to exchange heat, and the medium evaporates in the air-side heat switch to absorb the heat in the air. At present, air source heat pump commercial units are used.
(4) Water-side heat switch: A platform is established for the medium and water to exchange heat. The medium is cooled in the water-side heat switches and releases heat to the water to heat the water. At present, the water-side heat switches used in commercial units of air source heat pumps include double-pipe heat switches and plate heat switches. At present, the water-side heat switches used in commercial units of air source heat pumps mainly include coil heat switches.
2.2 Ventilation system: mainly fan blades and fans. The ventilation system mainly allows new (relatively high temperature) air to continuously pass through the air-side heat switch to exchange heat with the medium.
2.3 Electronic control system: mainly includes circuit boards, control panels, compression capacitors, fan capacitors, data lines, and various temperature sensors. This system is to ensure the water heater operate intelligently, detect faults, protect the unit and so on.
